Our Corporation

Siranaj Management Corporation is a boutique-consulting firm established in 2009, based out of New York. We have work on client engagements in the Northeast USA, and Zurich, Switzerland.

Our leadership team has over 25 years experience, primarily within the financial services sector, with a focus on delivering products and governing technology programs. We specialize in Agile Project Management, Governance, Risk, Controls/Compliance (GRC) and Information Security.

Our Team

The Principal Consultant/Founder was a technology executive at JPMorgan; specializing in program management, agile application development for the Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance businesses.

As the regulatory compliance landscape became more complex, the Principal Consultant increased her business acumen and product knowledge, and transferred to Alternative Investments. She successfully managed the Private Equity Program (application development and support), and implemented the QA Strategy for the Hedge Funds and Real Estate businesses.

The team has served in management positions in the financial services industry, software-providing firms, management consulting and IT Management firms. As trusted advisors and consultants, we are accountable to Sr. Management, lead high visible, complex, and mission critical programs. We prepare ‘call to actions’ for the C-Suite, and deliver presentations to the Board of Directors. We are involved in all phases of the client engagement: shaping the technology strategy, analyzing requirements, designing the solution, and managing the implementation within multi-disciplinary environments.

Our Mission

Siranaj Management Corporation is ‘Advancing the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology’. We help organizations define the requirements for, and drive the Governance of Enterprise IT: considering values, philosophy, management styles, IT awareness, organization policies and standards. An IT governance framework, which is based on comprehensive and repeatable IT processes and controls that are aligned with the enterprise governance framework is critical to the success of the organization.
